Medical Services & Clinical Oversight
Boss Level Wellness offers wellness and aesthetic services that may include, but are not limited to,
IV therapy, vitamin/wellness injections, medically supported weight loss, NAD+ support, peptide-related wellness protocols (where permitted), and other longevity-focused services. All medical services are provided in alignment with
New York State regulations and are supported by a
Medical Director and
physician/advanced provider consultation, including established
clinical protocols, screening criteria, and medical oversight as required.
Individual Assessment Required
Eligibility for any medical service is determined through required
intake, screening, and medical review. Services may be declined or modified based on medical history, medications, lab results (if applicable), current symptoms, contraindications, and/or safety considerations. You are responsible for providing complete and accurate health information.
No Guarantees / Results May Vary
Individual results vary. Boss Level Wellness does not guarantee outcomes from any service, supplement, therapy, coaching, or protocol. Response to treatment depends on many factors including health history, lifestyle, consistency, and individual physiology.

Boss Level Wellness is managed by a Registered Nurse. Clinical services are performed under appropriate medical oversight and protocols. Wellness education and mindset coaching are supportive services and are not psychotherapy or mental health treatment.
